Tutaluy Ltd. ("we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what information tutaluy.com collects and what we do with it, under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 (as amended) and, for visitors from the EU/EEA and UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR.

What we collect

• Contact via the form or WhatsApp: name, phone, crop and area (if given) — only what you choose to send. You are not legally required to provide it; without it we cannot get back to you.
• Browsing: the site is static and sets no cookies, uses no analytics and no advertising trackers. The web server keeps short-lived technical access logs (IP address, time, page) for security and operations only.
• The calculator: runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to us.

Why

To reply with a proposal, arrange a visit or answer a question. We do not use your details for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent them. Legal basis (GDPR art. 6(1)): your consent and steps taken at your request prior to a contract.

Who receives it

The contact form opens a WhatsApp message from your device to ours; that message passes through WhatsApp, operated by Meta Platforms, under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on a Hetzner server in Germany. We share data with no other third parties unless required by law.

Security and retention

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep contact details only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time: guy@tutaluy.com or +972 54-632-4746. EU/UK residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.

We update this notice when needed; the date above shows the current version.
